Katrin is an organisational enabler for leadership, strategy and transformation. With a PhD in economics, she has been supporting organisations in major transformation projects, leadership development and realignment since 2007.
Katrin Wulf loves to challenge existing patterns, question assumed certainties and uncover blind spots. She is passionate about bringing people, teams and organisations in touch with their personal resources to enable learning and growth.
With a background as a group dynamics expert, systems theorist and economist, she skilfully combines the different perspectives of organisations, teams and individuals. Her aim is always for participants to take responsibility for their own learning and to move out of their comfort zone.
Katrin Wulf has experience in a variety of industries, from finance to construction. She has accompanied and co-designed major transformations, supported strategy development, conducted organisational diagnosis, designed and organised large group events, supported the creation of cross-functional teams, given keynotes on self-organisation and team design, and conducted team development.
Katrin Wulf was born in 1976, has two grown-up sons and lives in Düsseldorf and Oldenburg.
