Sonja empowers organisations and people to actively shape change. Her focus is on conflict and crisis management as well as leadership, strategy and transformation. As an economist with many years of management experience, she supports individuals and organisations in development processes - from initial tension to redesign.
Sonja Flemming sees potential in every tension that can be utilised for development. She is passionate about supporting tense and conflictual processes with individuals, teams and organisations in order to find the best possible solutions and unleash untapped potential for the next stage of development.
As a business mediator, coach, systems theorist and economist, she combines seemingly contradictory perspectives to open up unimagined opportunities for the future. Respect for what has come before guides her in her work, as well as the goal of leaving responsibility for the process where it belongs: with the respective people and organisations.
Sonja has extensive experience in a range of industries including finance, construction, education and healthcare. She has facilitated a wide range of processes - from mediation and conflict resolution to individual coaching, major transformations and strategy development. She has also conducted organisational diagnostics, designed and facilitated large group events and supported teams in various stages of development.
